Introduction

In the last century, scientists have fully realized the harms of using additives, including synthetic preservatives, essential oils, and artificial flavorings, and confirm their role in the development of various cancers and diseases. Therefore, developed countries that have extensive research facilities to identify these harmful substances, in recent years have gradually begun to eliminate the use of all chemicals in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and health products, and countries such as the United States, Britain, France, Germany in This has been a pioneer. In this regard, the use of microorganisms and their metabolites in the production of natural products has been able to gain a good position in global health and trade. Among the microbial metabolites, we can mention pigments, enzymes and antibiotics, hormones and proteins, lipids, etc. Microbial pigments, especially pigments extracted from the algae Spirulina, Donalila and Hematococcus for use in food have received approval from relevant authorities such as the US Food and Drug Administration. The use of these pigments, which also have high antioxidant properties in the food, pharmaceutical and health industries has grown significantly in the last decade.

The field of activity of the proposed group is specifically on obtaining technical knowledge for the production of microbial metabolites (bacteria, microalgae, and microscopic fungi) with the aim of application in industry. Importance and position of the groups specialized activities In the last century, scientists have fully realized the harms of using additives, including synthetic preservatives, essential oils, and artificial flavorings, and confirm their role in the development of various cancers and diseases. Therefore, developed countries that have extensive research facilities to identify these harmful substances, in recent years have gradually begun to eliminate the use of all chemicals in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and health products, and countries such as the United States, Britain, France, Germany in This has been a pioneer.

The most important axes of group activity include:

1- Production, extraction, stability of microbial metabolites.

2- Practical solution and help to solve the water shortage critis by using unconventional water.
